With the new year of 2023 now in full swing, I wanted to take this opportunity to reintroduce both Career Pursuit, and myself.
✨ Career Pursuit Virtual Business Support ✨
In a nutshell - I provide virtual business support, focusing on recruitment and human resources admin, with a side of general admin and social media.
✨ As an internal recruiter in my past life, my business focuses on partnering with SMEs to run their recruitment process or in training business owners on how to run recruitment processes. This is my jam, and this is my passion!
✨ I can also provide support on your HR administration, particularly around reviewing and implementing your policies and procedures to manage your teams.
✨ As a methodical person, known to have “ocd tendencies”, I can help you keep on top of your admin tasks, whether it’s tidying or managing your inbox, sending out your regular email marketing comms, research tasks, document development, managing documents and storage systems, or anything else you can think of!
✨ You know you need to keep your socials up to date, but where do you find the time? I can help you stay consistent on your social media, with different packages and options available.
Overall, my goal is to take over some of the day to day tasks weighing you down, freeing up your time so you can focus on working ON your business and growing your business, as well as just being a sounding board for you!

🧑🎓 Lifelong learner! Bachelor of HR & Management, Grad Cert in OHS, unfinished Bachelor in Psychology with a minor in Counterterrorism, and a list as long as my arm of courses I want to do
🏡 Live in Kwinana, south of Perth with my partner, 2 yo kiddy, dog and cat, and we’re currently learning how to keep grass and plants alive!
🍽️ Lover of pub parmis (and also homemade actually)
📖 Reader of mostly crime thrillers (and watch them too)
🍸 I don’t drink coffee unless it’s in the form of an espresso martini
💁🏽♀️ Can provide a sarcastic response or comment for almost every scenario/situation
✔️ I’m a list person, for sure - It doesn’t count as having been done if it wasn’t on the list! I’m also a pen and paper girl, and use a notebook for all my lists
📚 My house is absolute chaos (which I don’t love, it stresses me out), but I am so particular with different things that I’m often referred to as having “ocd tendencies”
🍴 I cannot go to bed with a messy kitchen!
🗣️ I’m a big believer of transparent, honest and no bullsh*t communication - there’s no point pretending we know everything, and there’s no point trying to hide a mistake, both of these things just make it harder to move forward
