Flexi Hiring Support

Flexi hiring support may be for you if you have no experience in hiring and no idea where to start, but don’t have the big budget to outsource the lot. Or maybe you have been in business a few years and already have a recruitment system and process, and just need help doing some of the doing.

 

Either way, the Flexi Hiring Support package gives you an experienced recruiter on your team, supporting you with the tasks that are necessary in hiring, but may be time consuming, such as shortlisting, phone screening, scheduling interviews, reference checking.

The HR Admin Support package is for businesses who may have been in business at least 6 months, but closer to a year or more and have hired a team very quickly. You’re now realising you have nothing in place - you don't have hiring processes in place, you don't have HR policies in place, you don't have HR forms in place, no one knows who is responsible for what, your employees don’t know what they’re entitled to or where to go for advice - you’re paying people but that's it.
